Quantum Qool’s proprietary Ultrafast Laser Surface Structuring process (ULSS) enhances the emissivity & surface area of key thermal management components many times over, accelerating cooling 100%+ by sculpting feature-enhancing nanostructures to quickly radiate heat via thermal radiation.

This process removes bottlenecks of heat a.k.a “hot spots” from materials to optimize heat transfer flow. Components such spacecraft radiators, GPU heat sinks, and battery current collectors are ready-made for our unique process. This means no need for coatings, paints, films or metamaterials that break down over long durations in critical high temperature environments.
